We founded Centiv to close the gap between real estate ownership and tax strategy — with clarity, accuracy, and purpose.

Centiv was founded by a team of tax and engineering professionals who saw a gap in how real estate investors and business owners approached tax planning. After years at Big-4 firms like PricewaterhouseCoopers, our founding members realized that cost segregation was often misunderstood, underutilized, or overpriced — and that business owners weren’t being given the tools to take full advantage of their real estate.

So we set out to change that. Centiv was built to make cost segregation more accessible, more transparent, and more strategic — backed by engineering precision and tax code compliance.
